DelphiDabbler.com is home to a library of Delphi source code, a database of code snippets, various programming articles and hints & tips. There are also several programs.
The programs, code library and snippets are written in Delphi Object Pascal and are all open source.

The Code Snippets Database provides access to numerous re-usable Delphi routines, types and constants.
The CodeSnip application is also available. This can download and view the database offline. It can also be used to edit and manage your own snippets.

Several programming articles that discuss various Delphi programming problems and solutions are published in this section. Many articles have demo programs.
There are numerous brief Delphi Tips available that have been harvested from across the net.

Everything here is free of charge. However it costs money to maintain the site so if you would like to make a contribution it will be gratefully received. Please use the Donate button that appears at the top of each page.
Keep Up To Date
There are several ways to keep up to date with developments on the site.
Some pages have a "What's New" bar on the right that provides news relevant to the page.
Navigation
Navigate the site using the menu that appears on the left of each page. If you get lost, use the site map. There's a link to it at the top right of every page.
Alternatively you can search for what you want using the Google-powered search box that appears below the left hand menu on each page.

Awards
Two of my open source programs have won 5 star awards from Shareware Island They are:
- HTML Resource Compiler – compiles HTML, GIF etc files as RT_HTML resources.
- BDiff / BPatch Utilities – BDiff outputs data describing the differences between two files and BPatch recreates a file using diffs generated by BDiff.
The BDiff / BPatch Utilities are also an "Editor's Pick" with a four star award from SoftSea




The code library contains numerous open source Delphi components, units and IDE extensions. Source code is provided for everything.
The source code and documentation of all the active library projects lives in the ddab-lib project on GoogleCode.
